At Choosing Keeping, we take pride in the quality of our stationery and tools; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition and include all intact packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked inside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel using a tracked and insured shipping service to our designated returns address, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the returned goods and confirmed they meet our standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
